For cookies dough-take maida,besan and mix it then add sugar and elaichi and melted butter and mix with soft hand...

Preheat kadhai before 10 mins in low flame.. put some salt in kadhai otherwise the kadhai burnt...

Now put a dough in your palm and roll small small balls and put dry fruits between the cookies...

Put all the cookies in a plate and put into kadhai carefully because the edges of kadhai are hot, and cover with lid..

Cook the cookies on low flame...

After 20 -25 mins u can check the down part of the cookies is golden brown..that means cookies r ready...

Let them out from kadhai...and cool them..

After that u can store the cookies in air tightner box..
