  • Tofu
  • Tepung kanji (starch)
  • Dashi stock (1g:50ml), 3 gr utk 150ml
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspmirin
  • Lobak (radish)

    Make the dashi stock with bonito, put aside

    Boiled down mirin, add bonito stock

  3. 3

    Fry tofu, grate lobak
