Ingredients

  1. Tofu
  2. Tepung kanji (starch)
  3. Dashi stock (1g:50ml), 3 gr utk 150ml
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 2 tbspmirin
  6. Lobak (radish)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make the dashi stock with bonito, put aside

  2. 2

    Boiled down mirin, add bonito stock

  3. 3

    Fry tofu, grate lobak
