Ingredients

20 mintes
10-12 person per serving Rs 150 servings
  1. 2 packsready to eat mughlai Tikka
  2. Capsicum 3 medium cut into dice
  3. Onion 3 medium cut into dice
  4. Tomato 2 medium cut into dice
  5. 1 tbspchaat masala
  6. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  7. 1/4 tspblack salt
  8. 1 tspgaram Masala
  9. 1 tspdry mango powder (am hoor)
  10. Oil 1/4 +3 Tbsp

Steps

20 mintes
  1. 1

    Add 1/4 cup oil to pan and Tikka packs and cook till water evaporates and Tikka become golden

  2. 2

    In other pan add 3 Tbsp oil and onion with Capsicum and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes

  3. 3

    Add spices to vegetables and cook for a minute.

  4. 4

    Add golden Tikka and tomato and cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ketchup or coriander yogurt chutney
