Bring water to a boil,add butter and salt then add the cous cous and cover to cook in a medium low heat

Get the vegetables ready

Add some oil in a pan,add ginger and garlic paste and saute,Add the sliced onions,liver, seasoning,salt,oregano and stir,cover and allow to cook for 10-15mnts

Add the sliced tomatoes,scotch bonnet and fry for a few minutes then cover and allow to cook

Lastly add the vegetables and serve
