Steps

Take a oil in an a pot. Now add onion slices and fry it till onion colour turn into golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and meat. Bhonofy it.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Bhonofy it for a minute.

After that, add yogurt and bhonofy it in a medium flame till oil comes out.

Add water and cover the lid. Cook it in a medium flame. Check water continuously. Add water if needed.

When meat is half done, add arvis. Cook till arvis becomes tender. Now add green chillies, garam masala and cook it in a low flame till oil comes out.

Dish out and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve it lemons and onions salad.
