Steps

1/2 cup raagi flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup curd
Mix all of the above. If the batter is too thick add water. Keep aside for 15 mins. Now add salt, hing, minced ginger and green chillies. Give it a stir. Keep the steamer ready. I have used mini idli mould. Grease the plates. Add a tsp of eno/ baking powder to the batter and sprinkle some water on top of it. Mix well. Pour into the mould and steam for 15 mins. Let them cool. - 2
In a bowl take 2 cups of thick curd,add salt,cummin powder,sugar and red chillie powder

Whisk well, dip the Wadas in the curd mixture

I have Garnished with Chillie powder,mint powder and Imli chutney.lets enjoy healthy version of Dahi Wada.
