Steps

First will take wheat flour and add salt turmeric red chilli oil and ajwain and knead it tightly with water then keep for rest 15 minutes

Another side will soak and boil dal.

Now will make small dhokli of kneading dough like given in picture.

Now add a glass of water in dal and keep it on flame, wen it boils put into dhokli we made, and cover it with lid (without whistle).

Now prepare tadka, heat oil in pan and add cumin>ginger garlic paste>onion>green chilli and saute well, now add all dry masale and 1/4 cup of water, cook it for 30 seconds.

Now mix boiled dal dhokli and tadka together, cook it for 1 minute, garnish with onion and fresh coriander and serve it hot
