Baby Potatoes with Pork Neck Chops in the Oven 🥩🥔

Wash and cut the potatoes in half with the skin on. Boil them for 30 minutes with a little salt.

Drain them and spread them on a baking tray. Pour over the potatoes a mixture of mustard, honey, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon cube, and olive oil.

Place the pork chops next to the potatoes and brush them with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme!

5 minutes before turning off the oven, sprinkle the grated kasseri cheese and red pepper flakes over the chops to melt!

Bake with the fan on at 350°F for 45 minutes!
