In a mixing bowl add rice flour, suji and oats powder

Then add ginger chilly paste, cumin seeds

Then add salt, black paper powder

Then add chopped onions, coriander and mix well

Then add water and make poring consistency better and rest it for 1/2 hours

On dosa tawa pore better from height and sprinkle oil and let it cook till crispy then serve it with green chutney or ketchup.
