Stewed Goat, Ugali and Yoghurt.
Steps

Prepare The garlic and ginger then pound them in a pestle and mortar

Boil the meat for 20 minutes then drain the stock

Add oil and onions and garlic ginger mix. The fry till u smell the goodness all over the kitchen

Add salt and Simba mbili curry and Tomatoes and fry till soft.

Add the green pepper and cover to preserve the sweet smell.

With some of the drained stock, add some corn flour (be careful with the measurements) and pour into the goaat stew to thicken. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Put warm water in a sufuria and add a little flour and Blue Band.

Add more flour after the margarine Mela. And allow to boil as you stir

Add more flour and knead until solid then leave on low heat to bake as you turn occasionally.

Serve with yoghurt
