Ingredients

  • 5-6 pieceskarela
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp each Red chilli turmeric Coriander powder
  • as requiredOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the karela give salt in it rest it for 1 hour.

    After 1 hour wash nicely squeeze all water and Deep fry it

    Now add Red chilli turmeric Coriander powder and 1/3 spn salt put it in the karela
