Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 25 gmssoyabean chunks
  3. 2chopped slices
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 100 gmspeas
  7. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder(as per taste)
  9. 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  10. as neededOil
  11. 2 glasseswater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a cooker add onion, potato and Peas in it and fry it. Cook it for 5 minutes, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli, soya chunks and coriander powder in it.

    Now put rice and water (as needed/2glass)

    Then cover the cooker and cook it for 5-7 minutes, our pulao is ready to serve.
