Steps

Heat ghee into a wok and fry cashews, almonds and raisins then transfer into a cup.

In the same wok add cloves, bay leaf, pepper corn, green cardamom, cumin seeds and cook some.

Add potato, paneer and carrots saute till light brown.

Add soya granules, peas and beans saute for 2-3 minutes

Add soaked rice, salt and water stirr and mix well.

Add the fried nuts.

Cover with lid and cook till done.

Serve hot.
