Preheat the lamb doner with 1 oil in a pan until it hot and set aside.

Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl except the coconut oil.

Preheat 4 tbsp of coconut oil over medium heat until its hot. Then pour this over the sambal matah. It will sizzle. Stir to mix.

Pour on top lamb doner and serve warm with rice.

Store leftover sambal matah in a fridge for maximum up to one week.
