4chicken thigh (chopped in pieces)
Ginger (sliced)
Garlic (chopped)
1/2(Sesame oli)
1tbps soya sauces
Pepper powder

Wash chicken with hot water and rise off

Put sesame oil, pepper and soya sauces to marinate the chicken.
3

Lay the chicken on the steam plate and put the ginger and garlic. Steam it for 20min - 30min (ready to serve)
