Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsbutter
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 bagfrozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 boxfrozen peas
  • 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsbasil
  • 1 tbscilantro
  • Dashrosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up butter and garlic in a skillet. Just until the garlic starts to brown.

  2. 2

    Add cauliflower rice and peas. To sautéed garlic and cook until rice is just showing signs of browning.

  3. 3

    Add spices and Parmesan cheese and continue to cook and mix ingredients for a few minutes. Voila
