  3. دو عدد ٹماٹر
  4. تین عدد باریک کٹی پیاز
  5. ایک کھانے کا چمچہ پیسی لال مرچ
  6. آدھا چائے کا چمچہ ہلدی
  7. ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ثابت دھنیا
  8. 5سے 6 عدد ھری مرچ
  9. ایک چائے کا چمچہ زیرہ
  10. ایک کھانے کا چمچہ لہسن ادرک کا پیسٹ

    سب سے پہلے کریلوں کو بیج نکال کر موٹا موٹا کاٹ کر نمک لگا کر رکھ دیں دو گھنٹے کے لئے دو گھنٹے کے بعد اچھی طرح سے دھو لیں کہ سارا اس کا کڑوا پن نمک نکل جائے پھر ایک بلینڈر میں اس کو موٹا موٹا قیمہ کی طرح پیس لیں

    پھر ایک پتیلی می آئل گرم کر کے اس می زیرہ ڈال کر کریلوں کو اچھی طرح سے بھون لیں جب کریلوں کا قیمہ اچھا سا سرخ ھو جائے تو اس می پیاز کو اچھی طرح بھون لیں جب پیاز ہلکی براؤن ھو جائے تو لال مرچ ہلدی دھنیا ڈال کر ایک دو منٹ بھون لیں پھر اس می ٹماٹر ھری مرچ ڈال کر ایک منٹ بھون کر دم پر رکھ دیں 15 منٹ کے لیے پھر کریلے کا قیمہ تیار ے
