Healthy Quinoa Mango Custard

Boil milk and add soaked Quinoa and cook on slow flame stirring continuously till Quinoa is cooked completely.

Now mix vanilla custard powder with cold milk and dissolve very nicely. Add in boing milk and quinoa and keep stirring continuously on slow flame.

Add sugar and chopped dryfruits and mix well. Cook till thickens. Turn off gas and cool it completely.

Chop mango and make smooth puree. Add in ready custard and mix well.

Keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hrs. Serve chilled YUMMY DELICIOUS Healthy Quinoa Mango Custard in a bowl garnishing with mango slices and cherry
