Besan Uttapam

Mix besan, curd, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add water and mix again thoroughly. Rest for 15 minutes.

Wash peel and chop onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix salt, red chilli powder, desiccated coconut powder. Mix well.

Heat a non stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour 2 tb sp batter. Add topping over it and press it gently with spetula. Pour little oil on its sides. Cook on low flame till golden. Flip the side and roast from other side also.

Like wise make all the uttapams and serve hot with sauce.
