Boil milk and once it's boiled squeeze the lemon.it starts curdling switch it off and strain it and allow the water to drain off completely (u can use this water for making chapati dough or for anything)

Once the water is drained transfer to a bowl or plate and make a dough by pressing it nicely using your palm then add powdered sugar and mix well.

Keep a pan add the paneer dough and add cardamom powder and mix it for few seconds and switch off the flame.dont over cook, if we over cook, then we can't make balls.

Now make small balls and flatten it, then in the middle gently press with your thumb and place cherry or cashue /pista.sweet is ready
