Steps

Drain the water of almonds completely which were soaked overnight

Remove the skin of Almonds

Grind these almonds add 3 tsp milk if required for grinding and grind into coarse paste

Heat up ghee in a nonstick pan add the paste and roast until the colour changes

Add 2 cups of milk and keep on stirring continuously

Cover the lid and allow it to cook on low flame and keep on stirring in between occasionally

When milk is reduced down add the sugar and stir for another 5 to 6 minutes

Badam halwa is ready decorate with cashews serve hot and enjoy
