Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice potatoes and boil in a pot, set aside

  2. 2

    Put pan and a little oil add pepper, onions,garlic,ginger, seasonings and add egg allow to cook for 3mins and serve hot

  3. 3

    Boil your grinded groundnut add a little flour until thick and serve hot
