  • ایک کھانے کا چمچہ لال مرچ
  • آدھا چائے کا چمچہ ہلدی
  • ایک کھانے کا چمچہ زیرہ
  • چار سے پانچ عدد ہری مرچیں لمبائی میں باریک کٹی ہوئی
  • حسبِ ضرورت گھی تڑکے کے لیے
  • آدھا چائے کا چمچہ پیسا گرم مصالحہ
  • حسبِ ضرورت ھرا دھنیا

  1. 1

    دال کو نمک ہلدی اور لال مرچ ڈال کر پکنے کے لیے رکھ دیں جب دال تیار ھو جائے

    تو اس کے اوپر باریک کٹا ھرا دھنیا اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال دیں پھر ایک پین میں گھی گرم کرکے زیرہ اور ھری مرچ کو ہلکا براؤن کر کے دال پر ڈال دیں مزیدار سی دال تیار ے اس کو ابالے چاول سلاد اور لہسن کی چٹنی کے ساتھ سرو کریں
