Steps

In a bowl strain flour. Add baking soda, salt, yeast and mix it.

Gradually add water and knead it well until for 5-8 minutes.

Cover it and wait until it become double it size or it becomes smooth dough.

Made round peda's rest 2 minutes then roll out with the help of rolling pin or with hand. I usually do it with hands.

Heat up tandoor and cook it in it.

Serve with whatever food you cooked.
