Ingredients: 1 1/3 pounds ground beef (about 600 grams); 4 1/4 ounces sliced bacon (about 120 grams); 1 medium potato, diced; 1 egg; 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (about 70 grams); 1 small piece onion, grated; 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder (from 1 1/2 cubes); 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 1 teaspoon ground black pepper; 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (about 30 grams)

Serves 4 servings

1 1/3 poundsground beef (about 600 grams)
4 1/4 ouncessliced bacon (about 120 grams)
1medium potato, diced
1egg
1/2 cupfrozen peas and carrots (about 70 grams)
1small piece onion, grated
1 1/2 teaspoonschicken bouillon powder (from 1 1/2 cubes)
1 teaspoonground cumin
1 teaspoonground black pepper
1/2 cupbreadcrumbs (about 30 grams)

Mix all the ingredients except the bacon.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and lay the bacon slices on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour. After 45 minutes, remove the foil so the bacon can brown. Enjoy!
