Remove the skin of boiled potatoes and chop in small cubes.

Grate tomato and make tomato puree. Peel, Wash and grate ginger and garlic. Chop green chilli.

Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and Peanuts and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and garlic and stir for two minutes. Now Add tomato puree and chopped green chilli and cook till oil leaves the karahi. Now add, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mango powder and coriander seeds powder and mix well. Add chopped potatoes and stir. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Serve hot with chapatti or parantha.
