Steps

Add 1 spoon oil fry onion, Tomatoes,cashews,garam ma'salad.

Saute it for 2 minutes. Let it be cool.

Blend it in mixer. keep the ma'salad in separate bowl. Wash and cut the mushroom.

Next take the frying pan. add 1 spoon oil.add 1 bay leaf, fry it well. add the masala and fry it. add coriander powder, red chilli powder.salt to taste,cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Once the ma'salas are cooked add mushroom. mix everything well. Cover and cook it in low flame.

Add kasuri methi, garnish with coriander leaves.

Served with chapathi, Roti, naan, rice.
