When I don't feel like making or eating dal and rice, I quickly make soya veg pulao. Everyone at my home loves it. Soya veg pulao in a pressure cooker.

Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak for 15 minutes. Heat the pressure cooker, add ghee and whole garam masala, and sauté for a few moments.

First, cook the onion, then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Add the remaining vegetables, salt, and turmeric, and sauté the vegetables thoroughly.

Add the rice and gently mix. Pour in the water, cover with the lid, and cook for 2 whistles. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
