Blanch the pork bones in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes, then remove.

Bring 4 liters (about 17 cups) of water to a simmer. Add all the prepared soup ingredients and simmer on low heat for 3 hours (recommended) or less if time is short.

Prepare by blanching the meat in the broth and cooking the noodles until ready to eat. We like to crack an egg into it for extra flavor.
