  2. 2 tablespoonssoup powder
  3. 2 tablespoonssugar
  4. 4 liters(about 17 cups) water
  5. 1carrot
  6. 1daikon radish
  7. 2large cilantro roots
  8. 2 tablespoonscoarsely ground pepper
  9. 2 tablespoonssalt
  10. 1onion
  11. 2.2 lbsmature squash
  12. Noodle soup toppings
  13. 7 ozground pork
  14. Pork meatballs
  15. Sliced chicken
  16. Rice noodles or vermicelli
  17. Green onions and cilantro
  18. Fried garlic (even better with pork cracklings)

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch the pork bones in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes, then remove.

    Bring 4 liters (about 17 cups) of water to a simmer. Add all the prepared soup ingredients and simmer on low heat for 3 hours (recommended) or less if time is short.

    Prepare by blanching the meat in the broth and cooking the noodles until ready to eat. We like to crack an egg into it for extra flavor.
