Steps

Put "*"-marked ingredients and 5mm-thick sliced onion in a small frying pan.

Cook it about 2 mins over medium-high heat.

Add 1 inch-sized chicken into the pan.

Keep cooking over medium-high heat for around 3 mins so that the chicken is cooked enough.

Add 2/3 amount of beatened egg, and mix roughly.

Put a lid over the pan and keep cooking 30 sec over medium-high heat.

Add rest of the egg, and keep cooking until the egg become half-cooked.

Put it on cooked rice in a bowl. Enjoy!
