Ingredients

  1. 100 gBengal gram Dhall(soak for 3 hours)
  2. 4onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 8no green chilli finely chopped
  5. 2 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 cupmint leaves
  7. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  8. leavesFew curry
  9. 2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  10. 2 tablespooncoriander powder
  11. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. For seasoning
  14. 2cinnamon
  15. 4cloves
  16. 1 tablespoonfennel seeds
  17. 1 tablespoonmustard
  18. For masala
  19. 3 tablespooncoconut
  20. 1 tablespoonpoppy seeds
  21. Grind these to a smooth paste
  22. 250 mlcooking oil
  23. 1 tablespoonghee
  24. Grind the Bengal gram Dhall to a coarse mixture

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add salt 250 ml oil once get heat make pakoras with the Dhall

    Keep aside coconut paste

    Take another pan add oil once get heat seasoning it with mustard cinnamon cloves fennel seeds and then add onion tomato green chilli ginger garlic paste fry well and then add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder mint leaves coriander leaves curry leaves,fry well and then add coconut paste with 400 ml water,add required salt and allow to boil

    Once boil close it with lid for five minutes then add pakoras(crushed it and put)allow it for few minutes till the gravy texture comes

    Once cooked add 1 tablespoon ghee for taste and then serve
