First wash the daal and soak it for 4-5hours.then strain the water and spread in a tray and Pat fry completely

Take a pan add oil for deep fry and heat when it becomes hot then add Dal and fry

Fry for 7-8min or till it becomes crisp

Place the fried Dal on tissue paper and dry the excess oil.take salt and chilli powder and mix them to Dal.

Ready to enjoy.can store for a week in a air tight container.
