Oat Soup with Vegetables and Chicken (Diet)

In a blender, combine 4 cups of water, the onion, garlic, tomato, and bell pepper or chili peppers, and blend them together.

Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice.

Heat a pot on the stove and add the chicken cubes without oil. The chicken will release its juices. Stir for two minutes, then add the soup mixture from the blender and the zucchini cubes. Let them cook on the stove for five minutes.

Add the oats to the pot and stir well. Stir every five minutes for a total of fifteen minutes. Enjoy! ❤❤❤
