Steps

Firstly wash the daal and rajma.

Take a big bowl add rajma, udad daal and soak it for 3-4 hours.

After that take a pressure cooker,add daal, rajma,water, salt, black cardamon, cloves.

Cover the lid and cook it till 7-8 whistle at medium flame.

Take a pan and add ghee.

And put cumin seeds into the pan.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute it.

Add onion and saute it for 1 minute.

Add tomato and cook it.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder,garam masala and mix it.

Add fresh cream and mix it.

Add boiled daal and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

Daal makhni is ready for serve.
