First, assemble things for making dough, Knead soft with hot water and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now take a mixer jar add all chutney ingredients and grind like a smooth paste.

And seasoning with mustard seeds and dry red chilli and tempering on tomato chutney.

Now place butter sheet paper on rolling board and dust with flour and place abhi dough on it and make a roti with hand rolling and roast with oil.

And serve hot with tomato chutney and Butter enjoy maize cauliflower roti with this.
