Ingredients

  • 2 cupspre boiled pigeon peas
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2carrots
  • 1large onion
  • I hoho

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute the onions and hoho until slighty golden

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and grated carrots Simer until well cooked

  3. 3

    Add the pigeon peas cook for a minute or so

  4. 4

    Add your rice n stir well add hot water, simmer until well cooked

  5. 5

    Serve hot
