Ingredients

  1. 2-3chicken breasts
  2. 3bell peppers - red, yellow, green
  3. 1large carrot
  4. 1large cucumber
  5. 1onion
  6. 3-4garlic gloves
  7. pine nuts
  8. packcellophane noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken breasts to thin slices, marinate in soy sauce and your favorite chicken spices

  2. 2

    In a large pan, dice the onion and garlic, toast with plenty of oil

  3. 3

    Add in the chicken. as soon as the liquid evaporates, fry them

  4. 4

    Cut the peppers into thin slices, fine grate the carrot and cucumber. Squeeze the cucumbers to lose as much water as possible

    Take out the chicken, add more oil to the pan and cook the peppers with carrots

  6. 6

    In another large pan, pour boiling water and add the noodles to soften for 5-7 minutes. remove from water and wash the noodles in cold water.

    Add the chicken, noodles, cucumbers to the pan. add some toasted pine nuts and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
