First of all take gram flour, curd, turmeric powder,salt and water in bowl. Mix it well.

Pour batter in heavy pan and cook on low flame.

Cook until mixture becomes thick.it will take approx 8 minutes.

Transfer a large spoonful batter over previously greased plate.

Let it cool down for 3to 5 minutes.once cooled place straight cuts using knife.carefully roll it.

Heat oil in pan.add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds in it.

Pour the tadka on roll. Khandvi is ready to serve.
