Firstly heat the ghee in Kadhai then add rava roast it till light golden colour.

After that add cardamom powder, kesar, dessicated coconut and saute it for 2 minutes.

After that add milk, sugar and on slow flame saute till rava gathering in Kadhai center.

Your halwa is ready for serving, garnish with apple chunks and dry fruits.
