Fulka with Matar Paneer
Cooking Instructions

For making chapati: Mix wheat flour, salt in a mixing bowl and add water slowly and knead a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes

Take a small portion of dough and make a ball and roll it with the help of rolling pin and make a chapati.

Heat a griddle and place chapatti on it and roast on medium flame for 1 minute. Now flip the side and roast from other side also. Flip again and roast. Likewise make all the chapatti.

For making matat paneer: Wash peel and chop onion, ginger, garlic and make a puree of tomato by grating. Peel peas and cut panee in cubes.

Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till translucent. Add garlic, ginger and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.

Now add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix well. Cook till oil leaves the karahi.

Now add Peas and paneer and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Add 2 bowl of water and cook till done. Transfer it in a serving bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves and shahi paneer masala.

For making Boondi raita: Add curd in a mixing bowl. Add pre-soaked boondi in curd and mix. Sprinkle salt. Roasted cumin seeds powder and black pepper. Serve chilled.

Serve hot with chapatti and boondi Raita.
