Cooking Instructions

Crush the vermicelli into small pieces. On medium heat add butter in the pan. Once it starts melting add vermicelli and roast for 1 to 2minutes until light golden brown. Add the condensed milk and mix well. Cook for further 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Turn off the gas and let it cool down for 5 minutes. Put it in a mould or make round balls. Vermicelli bites are ready.
