Cooking Instructions

Heat oil add Ginger and garlic paste stir for few minutes.

Add chicken fry until change the colour.

Add chopped green chillies and salt

Black pepper and white pepper

Also add zeera powder and coriander powder mix well.

Add youghert, mix and cover, until chicken is tender.

Low the flame, and add cream and all spice powder, mixe well, leave for 10 to 15 mints.

White chicken is ready. garnish with some green chilies and coriander leaves.
