Mix all types of flour in a bowl.

Add all dry ingredients in it.mix it well.

Add oil water and daal in it to make a puri dough.

Make lemon size ball of dough

Make small puris of it

Fry it till golden brown.

Serve it with pickle.

If you want to store it for long tym roll puri in thin layer and by fock pore little hole in it. Ss fried puris comes to room temperature store it in air tight container.
