  1. 3 Boiled potatoes big
  2. 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  3. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspDhaniya powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspAnar Dana
  7. 1 tspChat masala
  8. handfulCoriander
  9. wheat Dough
  10. Ghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to the boiled and mashed potatoes.

  2. 2

    Take a ball size dough roll out with the spindle

  3. 3

    Fill te aloo batter almost a ball sized. Cover it

  4. 4

    Again roll into a big paratha.

  5. 5

    Cook on tawa by applying ghee /oil or simply as you like. Enjoy
