Aampaak (Mango Burfi in traditional style)

Wash and cut mangoes and grind into smooth puree.

Take ghee in a pan at low flame and add mango puree. Mix well and cook.

Cook for at least 15 minutes till pulp start leaving pan. Keep it aside.

Now heat another pan. Take sugar and 3-4 tsp water in it and cook till Sugar melts. Now add mango pulp, khoya, grated coconut, dry fruits, cardamom powder and mix all together.

Cook it 4-5 minutes stirring continuously till become thick consistency. Now pour into greased plate and sprinkle grated coconut and dry fruits. Let it cool down to the room temperature. After that cut into pieces and serve it.
