Boil eggs for 10 minutes adding salt to water so it doesn't crack. Cool. Deshell, cut into half and set aside.

Heat oil add onions saute till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies.

After raw smell disappears add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Next add tomatoes and cook till mushy. Toss the mint and coriander leaves. Mix well. Sprinkle water,cover and simmer in low flame till oil separates.

Add the eggs and cover with masala. Simmer 5 minutes with lid closed. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot as side dish.
