Kanka preparation : add maida chiroti rava salt and turmeric powder 2 spoons of oil or ghee mix well.. now add water little by little.. keen the dough to very soft and smooth.. add oil and mix well for 5min and keep aside for 1hour..

Urna preparation: add jaggery in a pan heat til it becomes liquid can add very little water, keep stirring in a low flame..add grated coconut (can grind in a mixer) and stir well for 10mins, at last add poppy seeds one spoon (fried) and alechi powder 1spoon and stir for 1min and off the flame.. and keep aside til it cools..

Making of sajappa : now make small balls of kanka and urna.. keep urna inside the kanka and close all sides.. and tap like (puri size) later heat the oil in pan..and deep fry it... til it gets golden brown. Serve with ghee..
