Keep the bowl in the fridge for 1/2 hour before whipping the cream.

Take out the bowl from the fridge take whip cream in it add sugar.

Whip it on low speed for 4-5 mins untill it form a little thick.

Do not overbeat cream it may seprate.

Add vanilla essence milk powder and milk, mix it gentally by spatula and make a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture to kulfi moulds.

Set it in fridge for 7-8 hours.

When to take it out put kulfi stand on hot water for a second and take it out.
